Upgraded Packaging: Double Moisture-Barrier Liner + Special Seam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

YRC supplied reinforced PP woven bags with a built-in PE moisture-barrier liner, increasing liner thickness from the standard 0.08mm to 0.12mm. The bags feature heat-sealed bottoms and double-folded seams to maximize moisture resistance. Moisture-warning labels were added to the outside of each bag to remind handlers to avoid puncturing the liner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optimized Storage & Stacking Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

First-in, first-out (FIFO)<\/strong> \u2013 clearly marked production dates to ensure inventory turnover within three months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YRC even recorded a 5-minute on-site training video demonstrating proper unloading, stacking, and sampling procedures, which the customer\u2019s warehouse staff could watch and follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjusted Logistics Rhythm & Container Ventilation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

YRC recommended the customer adopt a smaller, more frequent batch ordering strategy to avoid excessive stockpiling.
